ADVANCED TRAINING
September 28, 2008 on 9:03 am | In Business Motivations | 7 CommentsThe training this last weekend was amazing!! President Mr. WJ Vincent II helped change lives for the better, teaching not only how to create income but a lifestyle. We would love to hear comments from those in attendence.
We learned about the future lead system Iworldlink.com, the freedom OurGV gives to people utilizing the internet and various technologies. The Yahoo/Fund-it toolbar was unrolled for all those attending to start marketing. As soon as the training was over, toolbars from all over the world were being sent in for set-up!! We’ve had toolbars creating over $43 a day with only a handful of people searching for a small non-profit, which equals an average of over $1,200+ a month!! Not to mention that this is only from the clicks!!! Wait till the mall revenue is mixed in there from the shopping!!
We’d love to see your comments from this last training and your excitement for the next, which has never been done before “COMMUNICATING WEALTH”. Make sure you and your team are registered because we are going into the shopping season where everything will go up like crazy creating a title wave of momentum into 2009!

“Mom…Why are you so tough on me?”
September 10, 2008 on 11:12 pm | In Business Motivations | 7 Comments“Honey if I’m tough on you life is going to be easy. If I’m easy on you life is going to be tough.”
That message is important to us not only growing up but growing in our business. I knew making money would make things easier compared to the many people I saw struggling financially. I also knew that if I had the right changes going on I would succeed faster. To make those changes I would need to be taught straightforward and to the point. The easy love may keep us doing the same things, struggling and succeeding slower than we would like. Make sure to give your expert/mentor free reign to help you succeed.

Charisma
September 9, 2008 on 9:12 pm | In Business Motivations | 4 CommentsMost people think of charisma as something mystical almost undefineable. They think it comes at birth or not at all. This is not true. Charisma is the ability to draw people to you or your cause. Like skills and traits, someone may be more natural with charisma but this can be learned.
What makes someone charismatic?
How do we attain and have more charisma?
- Love life. Celebrate every small thing you can. Don’t complain, even to yourself. Enjoy the journey, both the peaks and the valleys.
- Put a “10″ on everyone’s forehead. Expect the best of people and treat them well.
- Give people hope. Leaders are dealers of hope.
- Share yourself. Be vulnerable and real. Share your heart, wisdom, and resources.
Control Your Time
September 4, 2008 on 9:16 pm | In Business Motivations | 5 CommentsBy practicing a few simple disciplines every day, you can use time like the rich — with focus and effectiveness.
1. Run the day, or it will run you. Part of the key to time management is staying in charge. Some will be masters of their time, and some will be servants. Enterprising people become the masters of their time.
To master your time, you must have clear written goals for each day that you keep with you at all times. It helps to create each day’s list the night before. Prioritize your goals for the day and constantly review them. Do your goal emails and make sure to duplicate this process to your main people.
And here’s a good question to ask yourself constantly: Is this a major activity or a minor activity? By asking that question, you will reduce the amazingly natural tendency to spend major time on minor things.
Before you answer an email, ask yourself if this is a major activity or a minor activity. Before you make a phone call, ask yourself if this is a major phone call or a minor phone call. Enterprising people don’t let the minor activities distract them from the major activities — the ones that hold the keys to their success.
2. Don’t mistake activity for productivity. You probably know some people who always seem to be busy being busy. To be successful, you must be busy being productive. Some people are going, going, going, but they’re doing figure eights. They’re not making much progress. Don’t mistake activity for productivity, movement for achievement. Evaluate the hours in your days, and see if there is wasted time that you could manage better.
Remember there is an opportunity cost to every single activity you do. The time you spend doing one thing is time you could spend doing something else.
Before investing your time in anything, briefly ask yourself if this is the highest leverage activity you could be doing to accomplish the most important priority on your list for the day. And, make sure the activities on your list for the day are the highest leverage opportunities to accomplish your short- and long-term goals.
3. Focus. The third key to time management is good concentration. You’ve got to zero in on the job at hand and, like an ant, let nothing stand in your way and let nothing distract you from the task. Assuming this is a major activity in pursuit of the highest leverage opportunity available, there should be nothing more valuable to invest your time in.
